  2. Enter VIN: Input up to 10 Vehicle Identification Numbers (VINs) and click “CHECK VIN” to verify report availability.
  3. Checkout: Click “ADD TO CART” and proceed to the checkout page. Review your order, enter billing details and a valid email address.
  4. Receive Report: Complete your payment. You’ll receive your report(s) as PDFs and report links directly via email.

Choose between Credit Card payments via STRIPE PAYMENTS or opt for PAYPAL for your transactions.

Your Carfax or VIN History report will be emailed to you as a PDF and a report link after your order. You can also access it anytime from the DOWNLOAD section in your account.

  2. Account Download: Go to the DOWNLOAD section in your account to see if the report is available.
  3. Wait Time: Allow an additional 10 minutes for potential network delays.

If the report is still missing, visit our Delivery & Refunds Page for guidance. Contact us with your order number for a refund. Choose between 1.25X store credits (1 credit = $1) or a full refund to your original payment method.

Your Carfax report might include an Original Window Sticker, but this cannot be guaranteed in advance. If your report does contain a Window Sticker, we recommend downloading it immediately, as the link to the sticker may expire and become inaccessible later.
